1. All requested shoot dates/times are tentative until confirmed by the photographer (based on the current shooting schedule and availability)

2. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with important information pertaining to the upcoming photo shoot.

3. If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary for any reason, including inclement weather, please give 24 hours notice. There will be a late rescheduling fee of $100.00 if a confirmed photo shoot needs to be cancelled or rescheduled without 24 notice via phone (323-573-0561)

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

1. Payment: Please be prepared to pay at the time of the shoot. Acceptable forms of payment are by Cash, Check, Venmo, Credit Card or Paypal

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary for any reason, including inclement weather, please give 24 hours notice. There will be a late rescheduling fee of $100.00 if a confirmed photo shoot needs to be cancelled or rescheduled without 24 notice via phone (323-573-0561)

3. Photo Delivery: Once the photos are shot they will be edited and optimized for quality and delivered to you within 48 hours. You will receive an e-mail with a link and instructions on downloading your photos.

4. Photo Rights and Usage: All photos produced for the client may be used by that agent for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with local MLS rules. Please note that the photos will be copyrighted by the photographer. A license granted only to the agent and their MLS and NOT to any other party. Any usage of the photos by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers,
designers, sellers or buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.

5. All property are to be ready to shoot before the photographer arrives. We can supply you with photography checklists so that your vendors/tenants are more organized. A surcharge may apply for excess time needed to tidy/stage the property.

6. If the attending agent wishes to move/remove furnishings please make sure this is done before the photographer arrives. Additional fees will be added if photographer has to wait for house to be re-arranged.

7. If agent is not attending shoot the home will be shot "As Is" - Agent must supply list of shots required. Photographer will remove minor items (tea towels, dish rack, TV remotes
